    We offer comprehensive cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include general cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom and kitchen cleaning, trash removal, and more. We can also provide additional services based on your specific needs. We do not offer following services: Cleaning of paint stains • Cleaning of Chandeliers • Wet Wiping of Light Bulbs • Cleaning of Bio-hazards (Mold, etc) • Re-cleans after another unaffiliated service was done • Hoarding • Moving Heavy Furniture >50lbs • Cleaning animal waste/litter/insects • Cleaning of exterior of home • Washing of Exterior Windows • Bodily Fluids (blood, urine, vomit, feces) • Cleaning while another service provider is present
  • How do I schedule a cleaning service?
    You can schedule a cleaning service online in our website or by contacting our customer service team via phone, email, or through our online booking system. Provide us with your preferred date and time, and we will work with you to accommodate your schedule.
  • Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?
    Yes, all of our cleaners must pass an extensive criminal background check before joining Elite Maids. We pride ourselves on only recruiting and hiring only the best and most trustworthy cleaners. Additionally, we carry insurance to protect against any potential damages during the cleaning process.
  • Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
    Our cleaning team will bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment, including environmentally friendly products. However, if you have specific preferences or want them to use certain products, please let us know in advance, and we will accommodate your request.
  • How long will the cleaning process take?
    The duration of the cleaning process depends on various factors, including the size of the property, the level of cleaning required, and any additional services requested. We will provide you with an estimated time frame during the booking process. When you schedule cleaning services with us, we’ll give you an arrival window of 2 hours. Because we give homes the individualized attention they deserve, we’re not able to provide an exact time of arrival, but we do our best to ensure that our cleaning plan doesn’t interfere with your schedule.
  • Can I trust your cleaners with access to my property?
    Absolutely. Our cleaners are reliable and trustworthy professionals. We conduct thorough background checks and ensure their integrity. Your privacy and security are our top priorities, and we treat your property with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
  • What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning service?
    We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address and resolve the issue promptly.
  • What safety measures do you have in place during the COVID-19 pandemic?
    We follow strict health and safety protocols in accordance with local guidelines. Our cleaners use personal protective equipment (PPE), practice social distancing, and adhere to rigorous hygiene practices to ensure a safe environment for both our customers and our staff.
  • Are you available for one-time or recurring cleaning services?
    We provide both one-time and recurring cleaning services to suit your needs. Whether you require a one-time deep cleaning or regular maintenance cleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, we can accommodate your preferences.
  • How do you handle pricing and payment?
    We offer transparent pricing based on the size of the property, the scope of the cleaning services required, and any additional services requested. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and online transfers. Credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.
